3. User Accounts

To access certain features of ChessNotify, you may need to create an account by connecting your Telegram or Discord account. You agree to:

ChessNotify aggregates chess tournament data from various publicly available third-party sources. While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, please note:

• •Tournament schedules, pairings, and results may change without notice at the discretion of tournament organizers.
• •We cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all event data at all times.
• •Notification delivery depends on third-party platforms (Telegram, Discord) and network conditions — we cannot guarantee delivery timing or reliability.
• •Live match data is sourced from third-party platforms and may have a slight delay.
• •You should always verify critical tournament information (registration deadlines, venue details, etc.) directly with the tournament organizer.

6. Intellectual Property

The ChessNotify service, including its design, logo, user interface, and original content, is owned by ChessNotify and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Tournament data displayed on ChessNotify is sourced from public databases and third-party providers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChessNotify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
